Hosting and log files
Hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) under a data-processing agreement. Technically necessary access data (IP, time, page, user agent) is logged to operate and secure the site (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR) and deleted after 14 days at the latest.
Audience measurement
We run our own cookie-free analytics on our server. It records the page viewed, date, referring domain and language; your IP address is not stored but only condensed into a daily-changing token that cannot be attributed to any person from the following day onwards. No profiles are created, no cookies are set, no data is shared with third parties (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). The "Do Not Track" browser setting is respected.
Enquiry form
Data submitted via the consultation form is processed to handle your enquiry and decide on the engagement (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR). Without an engagement it is deleted after six months; otherwise statutory retention applies.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR); complaints to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection.
